About the Developer

White Point Estates is a quality real estate development project being developed and managed by White Point Holdings Limited (WHPL). WPHL is and continues to be the successful developer behind White Point Beach Resort, White Point Vacation Club and most recently the Ocean Club at White Point.

In addition to White Point Holdings Limited, President Robert Risley maintains business interests in a variety of areas including retail, construction services, catering, and food and beverage operations in the greater Halifax area. Robert brings significant business expertise and property development expertise to the future development of White Point Estates.

Doug Fawthrop is the Managing Director of the White Point Group of companies and is responsible for all operations including the Resort, White Point Estates and the associated White Point companies. Doug has been involved with White Point for nearly thirty years and has overseen the successful development and expansion of the White Point Holdings including the recent launch of White Point Vacations and White Point Vacation Club.

A team of development professionals are in place to support White Point Estates, including architects, engineers, contractors and lawyers to deal with issues relating to the development as they arise.
