White Point
Estates is nestled within the White Point Beach Resort Community located
along Nova Scotia's South Shore on the Lighthouse Route. Centrally located
mid away between Halifax and Yarmouth along the Atlantic Coast, White
Point is 152 km (95 miles) southwest of Halifax, a leisurely 90 minute
drive. While provincial Highway #103 serves as the main corridor through
the South Shore, the Lighthouse Route (Rte 3) offers a more scenic and
coastal drive through a number of quaint and historic communities.
Nearby, a
mere 10 minutes away (10 kms) is the Town of Liverpool, "Port of
the Privateers". Liverpool serves as the areas centre for services,
shopping and amenities. Rich in heritage and culture, Liverpool boasts
comprehensive health care facilities and professionals; schools; museums;
a theatre; several recreation facilities; a variety of restaurants and
a wonderful waterfront.
White Point
Estates is located in Queens County. The County is blessed with picturesque
and pristine beaches, parks and trails including Kejimkujik National
Park and Seaside Adjunct.

Since
we are located outside of Halifax, you will need access to a vehicle
to reach us but we are very easy to find!
If you're traveling by car
We are located off Exit 20 or 20A off Highway
103 southwest of Halifax on the Atlantic Coast.
From New Brunswick
If you are arriving through
Amherst, Nova Scotia from New Brunswick, we are 368 kms (228 miles)
south west of the Nova Scotia & New Brunswick border. Upon arriving
in Nova Scotia, follow Highway 104 to Truro. Take Exit 15 to Highway
102 to Halifax. In Halifax, follow Route 103 to Exit 20A then follow
the signs to our doorstep.
From Halifax, Nova Scotia
White Point Estates is 152
km (95 miles) southwest of Halifax on Highway 103. Follow Highway 103
to Exit 20A. Taking Exit 20A, turn right (West) on to Route 3 and follow
Route 3 (White Point Road) to White Point Beach Resort. White Point
Estates is located within the Resort Community.
From Yarmouth
The Town of Yarmouth is located on the southwest tip of Nova Scotia.
Bay Ferries provides seasonal ferry service to and from Bar Harbour
and Portland through Yarmouth. From Yarmouth, White Point Estates is
approximately 153 kms (95 miles) away. Follow Highway 103 East to Exit
20 and follow Route 3 to White Point Beach Resort.
From Digby
Digby is located on the Bay of Fundy and serves as the gateway for ferry
service provided by Marine Atlantic between Nova Scotia and Saint John,
New Brunswick. From Digby, follow Highway 101 take Exit 22 to Route
8 to Liverpool. Prior to entering Liverpool, take Highway 103 west to
Exit 20A. Follow Route 3 (White Point Road) west straight to White Point
Beach Resort.
Alternatively, you can follow the more scenic coastal route, the Evangeline
Trail. Traveling east from Digby via Hwy 101 or Route 1, visiting Acadian
communities along the Bay of Fundy to Yarmouth, at the most southwesterly
tip of Nova Scotia then heading east again on either the Lighthouse
Route, Route 3 or Hwy 103 along the Atlantic Coast to White Point.

you're traveling by air
Halifax International Airport
The Halifax International Airport provides regular service from all
major centers in Canada and in the United States and parts of Europe.

The Airport itself is located off Hwy 102 just north of Halifax. Before
arrival it is recommended that a car rental is reserved as you will
need access to a vehicle. Traveling from the Halifax International Airport
via Highway is about a 90-minute drive.
When leaving the airport follow signage leading to Highway 102 directing
you to Halifax (follow the signs directing you towards Halifax. Leave
this Highway at Exit 3. The sign will say "Hammonds Plains"
, Route 213. Follow the "Hammonds Plains Road" until you reach
Highway 103. Follow the sign leading to Yarmouth.
Leave Highway 103 at exit 20A. The sign will say "White Point."
The connector will take you to Highway 3, "The Lighthouse Route".
Turn right onto this Highway and follow approximately 6 miles until
you see the sign for White Point Beach Lodge. Make a left turn off Highway
3 then turn left again at our Resort Entrance sign. Just follow the
driveway until you reach the Main Lodge.
South Shore Regional Airport
Private
airplanes can be accommodated at the South Shore Regional
Airport (YAU). This airport includes a 3,937ft, landing strip, tie-downs,
refueling, and lighting 122.8 VVR operations. Located approximately
25 miles (45 km) north from the resort, the airport is off Route 8 in
