What privileges do I get for being an owner at White Point Estates?

Ownership at White Point is a package of privileges. The greatest privilege is that of ownership in one of the most prestigious 2nd home vacation destinations in Atlantic Canada, adjacent to a world renown resort with faculties and programs that enhance property values, provide access to a cross section of lifestyle options and outstanding memories for yourself and loved ones. Restrictive covenants were added to protect property values. The roads and water system are maintained by the Resort Engineering Department.

White Point Estates has introduced optional service programs to respond to the needs of its ownership group.

The White Point Property Management Services Program includes a list of services available including security, housekeeping and small repairs and maintenance.

The Rental Pool Management Program allows owners (some conditions apply) to include their vacation home as part of the rental pool to offset some of the costs of construction and operations.

The Vacation Exchange Program allows you to exchange weeks in your vacation home for similar accommodation in other vacation destinations.

Ownership in White Point Estates permits access to the various services, facilities and programs of world renown White Point Beach Resort: Dine in the Seawatch Dining Room, enjoy our entertainment and your favourite beverage in the Founders Lounge and gifts from the Chandlery Gift Shop.
