Services at White Point Estates include: central water and power supply, garbage removal and snow removal. The roads and water system are maintained by the White Point Beach Resort Engineering Department.

The Boathouse is perfect for summer fun not far from home. A hop, skip and a jump from your front steps will bring you to the White Point Boathouse for swimming or taking canoes, kayaks and paddle boats out for a spin around the fresh water lake.

Swimming Pools located in the Main Lodge we welcome you to take a dip in one of our 2 heated saltwater swimming pools (1 indoor & 1 outdoor) or relax in the whirlpool tub. Free towel service is available and community pool programs are often available as well such as Red Cross swimming lessons or Aquacize classes.

Recreation Programs and Events are scheduled daily during the summer and on weekends and holidays throughout the rest of the year. You can stay in touch with all the events by visiting the "What's Happening" section of our website.
